Willard College Faculty,
Effective last week, all college-related business must conform to the following rules. These are not guidelines. These are not suggestions. They are rules.
- Accommodations must be preapproved by Provost Thrwart. He will review each proposed accommodation. Please allow four months prior to your intended travel.
- Hotel costs may not exceed $57/night (not including taxes, gratuities, etc)
- Per diem for food may not exceed $25/day.
- Faculty may only travel by bus.
- Faculty will only have three nights of travel covered.
- Faculty who are presenting at conferences must wear Willard College gear (sweatpants, sweat shirts, t-shirts, baseball hats)

Willard College 
Faculty must purchase Willard gear at their own expense. Gear will be reviewed prior to travel approval; approval is contingent on a multivariable assessment of outfit combinations. Photos of ‘get ready with me’ outfits must be provided with post-travel receipts.
