Congratulations are in order for the incredible LeChevre Pompadour, who has been tapped to lead the New, and as yet Undisclosed, Campus Initiative. We hope to unveil the specifics soon, but needless to say, LeChevre has been hard at work laying out the KPIs and OKRs that will serve as key benchmarks as we move forward. LeChevre has led a number of high performing and results-driven initiatives including the very important 2020 Parking Lot Assessment (see above for the an image from the final product), the 2021 WorkForce Reduction Pilot Program and the as yet to be completed 2025 Administrator Salary Study. Between 2012 to 2019, he was my personal life coach and advisor.
